Most S60 FP1 phones support native video ringtones. Lately, I've been downloading mp4 videos from youtube and using them as video ringtones. Typical file sizes range from 5mb to 20mb. This isn't too bad, considering how huge memory cards have become.
I recently found this great website: http://vixy.net/rawvideo/
What it does is take the url of a youtube video and finds the .mp4 version and makes it a downloadable file. Then I transfer the file from my computer to my N95. I occasionally run into some videos that dont play and require conversion.
It is possible to do this from the S60 Web Browser, but even with a bluetooth keyboard, its quite a pain to do.
What I'd love to see in the future is for an application like emtube or mobitubia to use .mp4 files instead of .flv files. Or maybe for the OS to support .flv video files as video ringtones.
